What is the best way to reduce the resistance to minimum in order to adjust the gears on the bike? Use my e-training free ride mode?

Hi, I just got my Direto. Does it need calibration? The instructions didn't mention it. In the My Training app there is "Trainer Sensor Calibration". It tells me to start pedaling, but then nothing happens. When I go to ride in Dashboard -> Trainings -> Level mode, it sees the trainer OK, ...
