Does anyone know if you can set the trainer difficulty in bkool like you can in my etraining, Zwift and others? I can barely pedal up 10% hills on my direto xr!

I've noticed that, generally when changing gear, the power readout can jump quite significantly one way or another for a few seconds. Is this normal?

Also, how accurate is the cadence readout given it's determined from power data which is fluctuating?

I don't cycle on the road anymore but would quite like to record an old route of mine in the car for My RealVideo. Will this work or will a car go too fast for it to record all the inclines etc accurately?
