After experimenting with different Trainer Difficulty (TD) settings in Zwift, I've found that a setting around 50% to 60% reflects the behavior I'm after. It's almost as if the firmware was developed and tested in Zwift with a TD of 50%...

Level 16 the same as max trainer resistance?
When using the My E-training app in Training->Level Mode, does level 16 set the trainer to the max resistance the trainer can achieve?

I'm not sure what you mean by "best settings". I've got an Elite XR-T with a Rizer which I use with Zwift. Download the Elite Rizer app on your phone and make sure that you set the Trainer Difficulty setting in the Rizer app to the same setting you use in Zwift. This will ensure you get th...

According to to Elite Upgrado app I'm on the latest firmware. One thing I didn't mention in my first post is that I prefer to use a 100% trainer difficulty setting in Zwift.
