Update: I attempted to connect my iPhone to try to run the Direto via the MyETraining App, and I cannot discover the Direto via BlueTooth. I also attempted to search for it with my PC laptop, and again I wasn't able to discover the unit via BlueTooth.

Hello - my Direto (SN 17107, or could be DIB182828 from bottom of unit) has been great, up until the last few days. The resistance has become erratic.
