Is there any way to adjust the Direto settings such that the overall resistance increases? I'd like to avoid wearing out my 11 ring, and often I feel l...

Direto, no resistance for gear indexing
Is there any way to reduce or eliminate trainer resistance for gear indexing? Currently, it's hard to hand-pedal while indexing/adjusting the gears.
