On a Real Tour, when running a video, the Info banner, containing the course profiles etc, goes off for a while, then after some time, it is on again... what happens? I thought it was only an On or Off status, not a switching-by-itself thing...

I have an Elite Real Axiom and have no problem to access my Real Videos on Elite Server, but a friend who has a Real Tour wireless, can't connect. Should it not be possible, or is he actually having some sort of a problem with access? Thanks.
