I was using zwift through Bluetooth and only 1km away when I saw a small stutter on TV. then all of a sudden I could not pedal even in easiest gearing. It was horrible. What could cause that?

Just had my Direto 2 delivered the other day. The delivery guy dropped the box so bad that the trainer broke through both boxes!

Should I be worried that it may not function properly??
