i have done a callibration test , it ran for about 20 seconds then said it was complete . I thought it would take longer to do than that so i tried again and the direto kept dropping the BLE signal when i started to pedal

thankyou , also i have noticed that the resistance on the training test is very hard to pedal , it says i am pushing out 100w where in reality it is much higher , if i increase the speed and cadence it still says 100w , is this right and is my trainer faulty in any way

hello there, i am trying to do a training test on my direto using the my e training app , whilst doing it the direto is beeping most of the time , is this normal ?

I have tried that and eventually it worked , i have now discovered that it doesnt support windows via bluetooth. i have now tried the zwift app and when i come to pair zwift with a device , it will not recognise the direto , this is all very complicated and confusing , there is no manual to fall bac...

Hello there, i am having troubles me pairing via Bluetooth to my direto on my e trainer , it asks to wait then says no incoming data. If i try to connect via my device it says di rejects pairing , please help
