I bought mine in August 2019 (the information bellow the unit says it has been produced in the same year) and the problem with the belt happened the last weekend: during the COVID-19 pandemia.... :cry: . Hi, I don't know if you solved the problem, but your number of turns is wrong. The 30 points difference in offset means only 15 turns. Each half turn gives you 1 point, for less ou more tightening.
