Creaking noise coming from trainer

Elite Suito T trainer

Unsure of how to diagnose issue but there is a loud creaking noise coming from my trainer after approximately 30 minutes of use. The noise is consistent while pedaling then once pedaling has stopped it will reappear after 5 minutes of normal use again.

Link above is not of my trainer but the noise is identical. Any help?!
