Age not set

I have used my novo trainer since November with no problem. However, yesterday the app wouldn’t let me train and kept saying ‘age not set’. I have configured it countless times and set my age but it just keeps disappearing! Help please!!!

It is not acceptable what Elite did with that. We deserve apologies and getting for free the "pedaling analysis" or for free the app for the ones that have to pay for it.
I wrote a review in apple apps and I gave one Star. I'm using the app for 18 months now with DRIVO

Same problem, great way to make the app unusable.

Same problem - every video or training schedule I get the "age not set" error. Entered age countless times but it does not seem to be stored. Also reconfigured numerous times but no difference - still same error. (iPad version).

Just jumped on bike for a session and age not set. Cannot use program at all. Anyone had a fix for this I use an ipad.

It's the middle of October 2020
I have the same problem which appears to have been a long term problem. Age not set. The profile will not allow me to save the age and also country.

I thought I was buying a smart trainer and have a resistance during downloaded rides. Basically using one gear on a flat level. Nothing smart about this.

The apps are useless on apple products.

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 does not support myETraining- Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

These problems are clearly a result of Elite not updating their software.
