I had a drivo II replacement about 12months ago and already the bearings are gone. Surely, all products must come with a (minimum)12 month gaurantee.
I'm confused on how you can use the warranty on my replaced trainer for the warranty on a new device and COMPLETELY a different model. I am referring to the GAURANTEE anyhow and not warranty.
I refuse to pay over 300euros to send it to you, when for 3 months you claimed it was the belt needed greasing.

Re: Drivo II
Hi
First of all, warranty lasts 2 years
That said, if you return a faulty trainer, the shop can decide how to manage this. If that specific model is out of catalogue, they can propose you a different product with the same value. You can refuse and ask for a refund of course.
About shipment costs, it depends on the policy of the shop. When you purchase an article from an online shop, you are always asked to accept an agreement of purchase which includes rules for the return of goods.
