Creaking noise on Elite direto OTS

Hi guys, I can't really fault the Direto in terms of performance but there is a really loud creaking that takes place after about 15 minutes of riding. I have tried changing the feet positions to see if this stops rocking etc but nothing seems to stop it. Any ideas? Has anyone had a similar problem and got an easy fix?

Do a calibration and check the offset value.
Then, contact the customer care at [email protected] adding a video in which we can hear the noise, the offset value you got from calibration and the serial number of the trainer
