MyRealVideo doesn't work with Elite Kura

I connected my Elite Kura (with power meter, cadans and speed sensor) and my Garmin heart rate monitor with the My E Trainer app on my MacBook Pro.
I can do workouts and all sensors show values for Power, Speed, Cadans and Hear Rate. I payed a subscription to use MyRealVideo and downloaded a few Videos. I get to the start screen for the video but 1 second after clicking the play button it stops. I can briefly see a speed, cadans, power and heart rate reading, but no video image.
Is there something I must adjust in my settings to make it work? Or does MyRealVideo not work with the Elite Kura?
