I’m using the Real software version 8.0.0.44 on a desktop, alternatively on a laptop.
When I open „myRealVideo“ to download a video, I immediately receive the error message „server is busy – try again later“, on both devices.
This happens since weeks now.
Has anyone a tipp ?

Perhaps the video format doesn't match your software? Perhaps you need to change the extension of the video file that you downloaded from your camera?If you are having difficulty with this, then you can find help with it here.
