T34 heart rate belt

Hi, can any one advise. Ive just purchased a polar t34 heart monitor to go with my novo elite trainer. I cant get a reading at all. When i go to configuration it just says update in progress and stays like it. Any one have any ideas?

If I'm correct, the Polar T34 belt only transmits at 5KHz. It is not ant+ or bluetooth smart, so it is not compatible with our my e-training app.
Also, remember that the belt must be coupled with your smartphone/tablet, so you have to check which transmission protocols are supported by your device.

T34 is an anlaogue HRM protocol so won't work.
You need a digital ANT+ HRM, such as the https://buy.garmin.com/en-GB/GB/p/10996
