I have bought a qubo power mag smart pack that comes with Misuro blu.
However your configure website only accepts 1 device to use this with which
I do not own.
When I bought this product it said compatible with iOS and androids which
is wrong
I am unable to connect Misuro blu to my iPhone 5s or the app and have tried
pedaling to initiate the Blue-tooth but it has failed time and time again.
I am worried that if I return the product to wiggle I will not get my money
because it has been used to get a connection to see if the product works.

I need some help to see what I can do with this product otherwise should I
return it?

Hi

You shouldn't have problems pairing your phone to the Misuro Blu.
It may be due to wrong position of the Misuro on the trainer, do you have a photo so I can check if it is properly placed?
