Elite Turno and Misuro b +. How many Number of blinks?

Hi, I have problems with the speed and I don`t now how solve it. The misure b+ makes all the blinks it could do, 15. It gives me in myETrainnig 16km/m but in my garmin edge1000 gives me 200km/h
Were I have to include the circumference value in the myETrainnig?
I have seen in somewhere in this forum an a: NON-ELITE APPS AND DEVICES App e dispositivo non Elite=> Connection as a speed & cadence sensor, but in that table doesn't appear the TURNO, only the Turbo muin. Is any conversion for the TURNO?

On your Garmin you have to set a circumference value equal to your wheel circumference divided by 15.34 (as you have to consider the internal ratio)
