Real Tour can't connect to Elite Server

Real Tour can't connect to Elite Server
I have an Elite Real Axiom and have no problem to access my Real Videos on Elite Server, but a friend who has a Real Tour wireless, can't connect. Should it not be possible, or is he actually having some sort of a problem with access? Thanks.
