Course profile in Info banner turns itself off

On a Real Tour, when running a video, the Info banner, containing the course profiles etc, goes off for a while, then after some time, it is on again... what happens? I thought it was only an On or Off status, not a switching-by-itself thing...

This may happen if there's a problem on the handlebar console (probably a key is stuck)
