The Bluetooth heart rate sensor is not visible during training or pairing in the application

Good day everyone,
I have a model elite direto ..
when I start the myetrainig application, it finds my heart rate sensor and connects it.
when starting training, but the heart rate does not show .. I tried about three types of sensors..and nothing ..
i have a sony mobile and android oreo 8.0 ..

I have the same exact issue , but occurrs with my Cadence Bluetooth sensor. It connects perfectly thru the myetraing elite app but the second i hit start Cadence is 0 the entire time. Ironically my Bluetooth HR works perfect.
