Hi,
we have a real e motion roller,
and we need to connect it to our new PC (windows10)
Real software seems to be not available.
and my e-training software do not recognize the roller.
Is it possible to download a legacy Real software or have a procedure to connect real e-motion roller (only ANT+) to my e-training ?

Real has been officially dismissed.
But your trainer should work with my e-training. Please check if the ant dongle is properly recognized by your pc (check on windows device manager).
Check also to not have any Garmin software that occupies the ant dongle at startup (if you have a Garmin software installed, check in the options if you can disable the automatic run at pc startup).

Hi,
I've tested with my e-training, and i have some problems:
cadence and heart rate sensor are not correctly recognized (the application put diferents ID number than real ones)
The roller is not detected.
(I found real software in an old PC, and everything works OK, so i think it's not a dongle problem).
