Hi, unpacked and connected my new Tuo smart trainer. Configuration is done, but when I try to calibrate, it keeps failing. Have been warming up > 10 mins. I hit the target speed of 33.9 kph and maintain, but after a minute or so the app stops and says to try again as did not hit target speed. Which I did, and logged out etc and did again.
Can anyone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? Thanks.

I had a problem calibrating. Found out that my Garmin smartwatch was the culprit. Turned off the watch bluetooth (powered off the watch) and it calibrated in minutes.
