Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ serial number missing

Hello, I'm Diogo, I'm Portuguese and I need your help.
I look here on the Elite website for an email to ask a question but I couldn't find it. So I put the question here and maybe you can help me.
Yesterday I received an Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ training roller that I bought online on the Deporvillage website (https://www.deporvillage.pt/) and it did not come with any serial number so that I can sign up for the My E- app Training in order to enjoy the 1 year subscription that Elite products include.
I complained to Deporvillage and they say that Elite has to provide this information.
Someone can help me?
