Tuo Trainer

Need some urgent help,
I was trying to open a ticket, but the ticket page won't accept the serial number from my trainer. I can send a pic if needed.
My Tuo trainer was working fine until today. It connects to the apps, but it doesn't show any information. Watts, cadence, and speed are all 0's. I tested with several apps, and the same issue. I also tested with the calibration tool, which reports that everything connects correctly, but then it can't calibrate because it doesn't get any speed. Can this be the speed sensor or the board? I see that you have the instructions of how to replace the speed sensor. But how can I get a speed sensor or a board? Please help me with this issue, I have diabetes and riding the bike helps me keep it under control. I live in Colorado, and can't ride outside right now because of all the snow we are getting.
