elite Suito-T + eTraining app ant+ problem

Hello. I was able to successfully setup the trainer in the app via Bluetooth, but I have a problem with ANT+. I'm using Cycplus ANT+ USB stick U1. The trainer is recognized in the app, and in the main screen ANT+ is shown black with no "!" and the trainer icon is highlighted in green. However, when I run the training, no data from trainer is shown, ie. no speed/distance etc. Please advise how I can debug the issue.

now and then same problem (Turno) here. sometimes it works. sometimes not. quite annoying. tried different things like new config, new battery, debug BT etc. no solution found till now.
