I’m looking for an explanation on how the Direto XR responds to the different program modes.
Today I set up a 5 mile 2000ft slope so that there was continual resistance but also wanted to do short sprints to simulate overtaking. This resulted in a few “spiral of deaths” where I had to stop pedalling and start again to allow the trainer to reset. Is this normal behaviour and is there a better program mode that alleviates this?
