Connecting Aleno Smart

Hi, I bought Aleno Smart Turbo Trainer, which is not listed anywhere on your product line. Resistance unit is Force B+ smart unit. It seams that this trainer is exclusively sell in Dechatlon shops. However, I cannot connect trainer to My eTrainer application. As trainer is not listed, I tried with all trainers in list and no one seams to work. In same time, trainer is connected without any problems to Zwift and recognized by his real name
Also, trainer is recognized by my Garmin, even though readings are ridiculous - it seams that I can ride 200 kmh

Is there any way to connect trainer to My Trainer App for PC. If not, when do you plan to support it as I do not believe it's hard works, it is your product and same resistance unit seams to be part of couple of your trainers?

To be precise, Aleno uses the same resistance unit of Qubo Power Mag Smart B+ (not the Force).

In this moment my e-training Desktop pc software supports only the ant+ fe-c interactive trainers.
We will add the smart trainers (like Aleno) in few months.

You can use my e-training app on a smartphone or tablet also, if you want (Aleno is in the available trainers list)

Did your aleno smart working in zwift by Bluetooth connection? How did you do it?

I confirm you that Aleno is compatible with Zwift.
As it is not an interactive trainer, you can connect to it as a power source and cadence sensor.

We can saw several new trainers in the Myetraining software for windows... but still no ALENO trainer
When is it plan for ? I am still waiting since last january... and winter is coming... Come on guys

The software is already available (from several months)!
You have to download the beta version of my e-training Desktop:

- click on "click to download"
- click on "participate in the beta phase

I don't know yet, but the beta at this point is quite stable. I think it will become official very soon.

In zwift support the Aleno smart doesn't appear anywhere.

Does aleno trainer appears in the Zwift equipments, or should select the QUBO POWER MAG Smart?

Can you please clarify the resistante level that should be selected or just follow any other equipment to get the same values?

You said previously it has the same resistance unit as Qubo Power Mag Smart B+. Anywhere Aleno is not showed, it is right to select the Qubo Power Mag Smart B+?
