No Connection with Bluetooth to any Advice

Hi,

I have troubles with the Direto XR. When putting it on electricity, usually makes a sound the it is searching or configurating and the lights (red and blue) are blinking until it found a device to connect.
Now when turning it on the blue light (bluetooth) is on all straight away. No sound, nothing. ..But it is not possible to connect at all. Not to zwift, not to myetraining

Can somebody help me what to do?
Is it possible that an eTap at the bike is destroying the connection?

Guys, contact the support.
It seems a problem on the circuit board. It may be necessary to reset the board or to replace it.
