Problem with Resistance

Hi

I have a problem with my zwift direto xr-t trainer.

After starting the training on the Garmin, the resistance of the trainer adapts to the given training only for about 10 seconds. later the trainer stops providing resistance. The connection to the meter is always on because it shows me how many watts I am using.

the software is updated to the latest version, can you help me?

I have a similar problem with my Forerunner when trying to control the trainer. However, it only started after the last trainer firmware update.

The resistance is too high even if I set the power on Garmin for less than 100W.
