Direto resistance

Hello,

I connected my new Direto with the mobile app, but when start padaling the resistance is very high and the app shows a speed of only 1 k.p.h.

The cadence is also very low (50) because of the high resistance.

I have already changed the levels in the level mode, but nothing changed.
The resistance was always the same.

What could be the problem and what could I do?

I think there some configuration error.
Please contact our customer care at [email protected] adding the screenshots of the configuration you've set in the app (parameter screen and advanced setting screen)
