Direto resistance very high

I got a Direto last week and have been having problems with the resistance. It is very high and will not change. Pedaling in the easiest gear at 70rpm is 220 watts.

It pairs to the My ETraining app and calibrate well (although it's hard to do with such a high resistance). In the app using the + and - to change resistance does not make a difference.

Using it with Zwift and my Garmin 520 is the same, very high resistance and it doesn't change at all. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Hi,

I have a similar problem. The trainer worked for the first 5 minutes but then got stuck at a very high resistance. When I decrease power in the elite app, nothing happens. Any idea on how to fix this?
