Elite Direto Resistance Not Working

I have an Elite Direto that is a little over a year old. The magnetic resistance seems to have stopped working. In ERG mode I have to shift to the smallest cog in the cassette (mid compact crank on the 12 tooth cog) at a relatively high cadence in order to generate modest power. In level mode I have increased the level to its maximum setting, however it makes no difference and I am left to shift to the smallest cog in the cassette at a high cadence to generate moderate power.

Anyone else encounter this issue and if so, any suggestions on how to fix it?

Update on this topic - messaged Elite customer support and relatively quickly they were able to diagnose the problem: motherboard. Sending me a new motherboard for installation. Hopefully this fixes the issue and I'm back to maximum suffering shortly.

Which email address did you use because I have same issue and believe I need new motherboard as well to fix no resistance issue.

Lets see, I used general form function on Elite web page. Asking what to do, no resistance on my trainer what so ever.
New motherboard sound very not easy to fix...
Lets hope for a total replacement instead.
