Good Morning,
I just tested o Zwift my new Elite Direto XR and I have a little problem as soon as there is a slope.
When I go from 0% to 2% for example, I feel a strong (really strong) resistance for a few seconds then it becomes more realistic again.
My Spindown was done on Zwift and also on the Elite app, with the same value as the one listed under the trainer.
I also did a power smoothing on the application and it gives me a value of 2. I read that we can change this value to 10... Is that right ?
Someone can help me ?
Thank you
Resistance issue with Elite Direto XR

Re: Resistance issue with Elite Direto XR
Hi
Is it possible that you decrease speed too much on the slope changes?
If speed decreases, resistance goes immediately high to keep your power to the correct level.
About power smoothing, I confirm you that you can increase it up to 10.
This will show you a more averaged power (less oscillations) but also won't be less precise in this way.
