Direto Issue

When I plugged in my Elite Direto trainer I did not hear the usual start up sounds of the motor. Instead the motor that moves the magnets sounded like it was struggling. I tried to ride and could hear the motor making the same unusual sound and the resistance was not changing. I opened the cover on the non drive side of the trainer and confirmed the struggling motor. Please advise me on what to do to resolve this issue.
