Elite Direto 2019 Broken Belt

My Direct during a session in the zwift began to hear a strong knocking that came from the interior of the same when I opened it verified that the belt was in this state, I thought that the Directs produced already in 2019 as it is the case no longer had this problem with the belt, here are photographs of it.
