Power too high (20,000 watts!)

My Direto's power reading is far too high. When I start pedalling, it's showing 20,000+ watts.

I'd love to believe that I can put out 20,000 watts, but I don't think that's likely.

I've tried recalibrating using the app, but that fails. I've tried both Bluetooth and ANT, and that doesn't make any difference.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?
