Hi,
Trying to calibrate, following all steps (incl 10 min warmup), but only receive ’Calibration failed’.
What to do? Getting more and more frustrated.

Re: Calibration failed
Hello,
I had the same issue.
After searching in the Knowledge Base offered by Elite I found the following procedure, NOT specified in the official Instruction manual, but in my case it was successful:
- the warm-up of the trainer must be done for 10 minutes at power levels of about 100 and 150W;
- after launching the calibration in the app you must reach and keep a speed of about 25 kmh (not shown in the app itself, you have to use another device);
- should'nt the calibration be successful in 10 secs, you must cancel the calibration and repeat again. It is no use to insist.

Hope to be helpful.

Re: Calibration failed
Bonjour,
