Hi,

I have an issue with my Direto XR trainer, this problem started around 6 weeks ago. It mostly appear while I'm free wheeling just before the flywheel stops. Also more in the beginning of a training exercise while the trainer is cold.

I cannot play the video, but anyway if you have any issue related with noise it's better to contact directly the customer care.

Remember to add the trainer serial number and a short video with the noise
