Firmware Update v80 stuck

Hey everyone

I just installed my new Direto Xr. Now I tried to install the v80 firmware with Upgrado. The first time I tried it stucked at 0%, now the second try stopped at 1%. I'm still in the Update process, but waiting for 30 minutes now with 1% done. Usually it shouldn't take this long I guess... Any recommendations?

same problem for me. For several minutes 0%, then moved to 7%, now stuck.

You need to contact Elite support via the ticketing system on their website.

In the meantime: Could somebody could tell us how the expected behavior looks like - is this firmware update e.g. a 2min thing?

It appears that the issue may be related to interference.
Please follow these steps:
- Power off any nearby wireless devices and ensure your phone is placed in close proximity to the trainer
- Additionally, consider testing with a different phone to rule out any potential device-specific issues

The update finally worked when i tried with my iPad Pro instead of my iPhone 13.
The exact background is still obscure to me (i don't buy this "interference" theory) but at leat i can check off this problem.

Hi all

It is as if the bluetooth connection to the app times out. I have been using an I phone 13 also and haven't go past 1%. will try a different device.

Same issue for me sadly and I don't own a tablet to test out. My iphone is last years model, I also don't get the interference thing. I can get up to 10%, but then it just hangs forever. When connected to the trainer at first the bluetooth connection is the trainer name. But when it goes into the updating radio page the connection changes to DfuTarg - is this right? Really stuck here as running out of options. This process should be simple and slick and its the exact opposite. Really frustrated with Elite......

for sure there is an issue with newer iphones (I have 13 PRO) or newest IOS. I was able to do update on my wife's iphone 11 pro with older IOS at the same environment. @elite should check this.
