Cracking / Popping Sound Direto X

Hello everyone,

My Elite Direto X makes a creaking / popping sound exactly like in the video, its very annoying and practically I cannot do any training in high intensity. Any help / solutions?

Hi

Thank you for your reply. I finished the procedure yesterday and tried the turbo trainer today, the problem persists (although now in easy gears and not any more in the hard ones).
