Clunk when riding out of the saddle

If I stand up out of the saddle to go up a hill it's like the trainer can't keep up or react fast enough to my sudden increase in power. I have to back way off and wait for it to catch up or I get very little resistance followed by clunk when it catches up. This has been happening since new.

Yes they often answer eventually. I would put in a ticket with elite support. They will help. You will need a video of what it is doing. I don’t think I can help, have not had anything like that happen.
Sometimes other users have good info here, but definitely go direct to Elite and they are great at helping.

You can record the video for better support. It's hard to imagine.
