Buongiorno,

Re: Firmware 87 rev 5
Others on the Zwift forums have reported successfully using firmware 87 to connect a Zwift Ride. Are you connecting your training over Bluetooth? Because virtual shifting does not work over ANT+.

Thanks for your answer.
Yes, I know, but I don't figure out why Click is recognized by Companion App and not in PC Win 11 although it shows in BT devices in the Control Panel. I installed latest Zwift Version 1.79 and I don't see any virtual shifting neither Control

Re: Firmware 87 rev 5
When race mode (10hz) will be available for direto xr?
Are there any improvements in erg management in this latest firmware?

I have 5.0 BT version but now I try to change the device. I suppose this is the reason of the issue.
Update. I used a new BT Dongle 5.3 and a new PC but remain the same problem. Zwift Click shows in Companion but not in Zwift Ride
Re: Firmware 87 rev 5
Hi,
As far as I can tell, after a long time and several attempts (iPhone 6, Pixel 5, iPhone 15), I finally succeeded to see the Zwift Clicker interaction with the Direto XR-T trainer only after I connected it in the Zwift Companion and immediately, attempted to ride in Zwift, after I added it in the Controller menu. I first needed to press the ERG secondary menu button (shows as blue buttons after you touch the phone screen), in order to allow the gear number to display. In some rides the gear number shows in the left top corner besides other bike movement measurements (or maybe it depends on the phone screen size, yet to figure out).
Overall, Zwift ride simulations give an imprecise slope difficulty feeling, most of the time had to use gear 24, although it would unexpectedly feel like I need to get down to gear 20. On another test ride explicitly involving climbing all the way to more than 8-10% slopes it gave a better feedback and had to switch down all the way to gear 5-7... but I still feel it's rather imprecise in feedback behavior.
I still wonder if the Clicker is expected to be used with the myETraining app real videos, given the Elite Direto XR-T firmware is updated, and advertised as: "[...] can unlock compatibility with virtual shifting and almost any 8 to 12-speed bike, paired with premium features like a built-in power meter and advanced connectivity with sensors and devices"

Virtual shifting only works with Zwift. I'd be very susrprised if you could use it witnin myEtraining.

Yeah, you're very likely right, Steve, but it's still quite annoying the imprecision and vagueness of documentation on the Elite website. It's also quite a turn-off how they provide blank wide statements on the capabilities of the new firmware (feels like aiming to even leave up to interpretation how compatible is expected to be), while there's no explicit documentation anywhere on how's this new featured compatibility expected to be configured and experienced and more importantly where... Quite a disappointment so far. I remain optimistic that customer pressure might make them understand the shortcomings ... Dear admins, any thoughts on documentation improvement?
