Hi there, I know there are problems with ERG and Elite direto X, I don´t know and I can´t find if this were answered, this is my problem:

I have just bought an Elite direto X and I wanted to use it with garmin 830 as a trainer ant+ option, to choose a workout and let the garmin manage the ERG of the workout but I had the power fluctuations that made the workout useless.

I tried the option free ride seeting the % gradient to 0% and this did not work also, then I tried to get a target power in my Z2 but I had a lot of power fluctuation in both cases.

I have the latest firmware and I think that with mywhoosh the Elite runs fine but I need to check deeply with longest courses and elevations to know if ERG and % gradient works fine.

I used myEtraining app to check firmware update, configuration and calibration and everything seems to be fine, so any help would be apreciated.

hola dani, al elegir un entremiento te refieres a uno de garmin, o conectado a una plataforma, porque creo que el garmin por si solo no tiene erg

Hola compañero, tengo el garmin edge 830 y al seleccionar rodillo an+ sí que controla el rodillo, se pueden cargar workouts y el garmin gestiona el ERG del entreno. También se puede cargar trayectos y el garmin simula las pendientes y además se pueden hacer recorridos libres ajustando manualmente el % de pendiente o si se quiere la potencia objetivo.

Lo que me pasa es que cuando lo uso así, por ej. metiendo un entreno conectando como rodillo ant+ para que el 830 gestione el ERG, las oscilaciones de potencia son muy grandes y es difícil entrenar así.

Ayer utilicé la app Vinapp cargando un workout de una hora y media y funcionó perfecto, aconsejo usarla porque gestiona el rodillo de forma impecable.
