Lost variabile power resistance on Direto

After 10-12 rides on Direto i just losted variabile power resistance.

I powered off machine than i changed few devices that i have Treinerroad instalated (PC, Tablet, Phones), access with ANT+ to BT, than i changed erg to manual mode,.... but nothing helped. Every program can see unit and read data but no interactuin.

SO, no more sound from the back of machine when unit change resistance.

Please help!
