Cassette not spinning freely
had my Direto for about 6 months and has worked pretty well. Recently In noticed that the chain and derailleur were slapping back when I pause pedaling. Took the cassette off but the cylinder that hold that cassette does not spin easily. It appears to be under tension. Any advice on how to free it up would be appreciated.

Re: Cassette not spinning freely
Hi
I'ts not easy to do some hypothesis without seeing the part.
Check the mounting of all the parts, check if you have put properly the spacers (if needed) and to have closed well the screws. All must be well fixed, without plays. If there is an excessive quantity of grease, this may slow down the free wheel but it shouldn't block it.
If you're not able to find the cause of the issue, contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and add some photos of the parts (also disassembled).
Regards
