Vibration / drop out - usual?

Hi all
I have been using my Drivo for several years - and I remain a happy user.
Recently I have noticed two issues:
1. Vibration that I can feel through the pedals (and can be heard transmitting through the house!) when I am putting down over 250W in the highest gear (i.e. when the rear cassette is spinning quickly). It not quite the roughness of a shot bearing - it is more rhythmic. Anyone else notice this?
2. Occational ERG "drop out". What I mean by this is when set to a specified power in a workout - I can feel the resistance decreasing, and the power dropping to say 50W .... then recovering back to its setting. I have replicated this under programme control in RGT and MyWhoosh - but also by setting a ERG level with my Garmin head unit (All under ANT FEC control). It only happens about once every 30 minutes and lasts about 10 seconds
If I am on my own with this - I will put in a ticket
