Error with my serial number

I cannot create a new support ticket for my Elite Drivo, since my serial number is 5 numerical digits and your system sends me an error, to create a ticket it asks me for a serial number of 3 letters and 6 numbers, which I need How to make it recognize my 5-number serial number?
