Cadence Problem

the cadence on my rampa jumps like crazy back and forth. Maybe someone can help me. Have contacted the elite customer service several times, but unfortunately get no answer.

I have the same issue... The cadence is competely crazy values

I have the same issue so use a separate means to measure cadence.

Same here but with a Drivo.
Looks like if you use a higher (harder) gear, the flywheel gets more momentum and makes the cadence read accurately.
This doesn't affect workouts with erg mode, so its fine with me (so far)
