Which gear setting for Rampa calibration?

Hello,
I want to calibrage my Rampa using an Assioma power meter.
I have 30-40-50 crankset and a 30-12 sprocket set.
What gear setting should I use during calibration process?

use the gear you prefer, the one that you think it's more confortable
